Ancient Karate
Through Ancient Karate, students of the HAA utilize Katas (Forms). Within the Katas lies the Hidden Warrior, simply described in terms of Action and Reaction (Attack and Defence). In Kata there is Attack and Defence. The Hidden Warrior can embody both action and reaction, in relation to the Kata. The Kata is a series of movements preformed by the student, and The Hidden Warrior is what facilitates those movements.
For example: The Hidden Warrior > Punch (Action), Student > Parry. Grab. (Reaction).

Kata is a training tool gives skill of movement and understanding through The Concept of The Hidden Warrior.
The concept of The Hidden Warrior allows us to practice Self Defense through Katas. In Ancient Karate, we tie together the concepts of The Hidden Warrior with the application of Qi-Gong to build inner strength and allow fluidity.
